Larry Siewert

In 1993, Larry Siewert joined Fr. Bill Johnson in founding Nativity Jesuit Middle School. Larry served six years as Nativity’s first principal before taking on his current position as director of graduates. As director of graduates, he coordinates and expands the support network for Nativity graduates enrolled in area Catholic high schools. Larry’s service in this role as resulted in a higher high school graduation rate among Nativity alumni, an increase in alumni performance and success while in high school, and an boost in the number of Nativity alumni seeking post-secondary degrees.

Larry has spent the past 42 years serving as an educator in Jesuit schools. Prior to his service to Nativity, he had worked at Marquette High School for 29 years, including his 11-year tenure as Marquette High's first lay principal.

Larry earned a Bachelors Degree in business administration and a Masters degree in education from Marquette University. He and his wife, Nancy, have five adult children. Two of their children, daughter Sandy Laats and son David, work at Nativity.
